• AI Receptionist: Custom AI call handling and routing service
• Book Easy Pro: Automated booking system (coming soon)
• Business Systems Compass: Online community membership via Skool

Product availability, pricing, and features are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in a specific product's refund policy. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

For subscription-based services (such as the AI Receptionist monthly service fee), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email with at least 30 days' notice.

Our AI-powered tools are designed to assist and augment your work, not to replace professional judgment. Output generated by our tools should be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before use in any professional, legal, financial, or medical context.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for how you use the output of our tools.

Some of our AI tools are hosted on third-party platforms (including OpenAI's ChatGPT). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Frontrunners Health LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission. Content you generate using our AI tools is yours to use, subject to any applicable terms of the underlying AI platform.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Participation in the Business Systems Compass community (hosted on Skool) is subject to both these Terms and Skool's platform terms of service. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates our community guidelines or these Terms, without refund of any membership fees paid.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontrunners Health LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontrunners Health LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
